At Yes You Can Coaching I use my own lived experiences alongside my official training and qualifications, to offer a varied selection of services that work to improve your physical AND mental health.
I am a qualified counsellor, hold a degree in Psychology, I am a UK Athletics Leader in Run Fitness, and a Level 3 Personal Trainer.
But I am more than that.
I am a Mam, and recently a Grandmother. I suffer with Depression, Anxiety, Bulimia and cPTSD. I have had periods in my life where I have felt like I should not be here. That my children deserved a better life than I could give them. This ultimately led me to attempting to end my own life, and wanting to attempt to on many more occasions.
Am I cured now? Absolutely not. However, through therapy and strategies, and a passion for helping others understand they are not alone, I truly feel lucky to be alive, and I can finally start to say - I Am Enough. Just as I am.

Whether it is weight management, building strength and confidence, or simply wanting to look after your health and wellbeing, Yes You Can Coaching can offer a tailor made package to ensure you hit your goals.
This can be either at your gym, at your home, or at a place you prefer. Hybrid sessions are available.
Based on a group of 8 people or more. These can be booked privately, or public session dates will be released in September 2025.
COMING SOON. A social running group aimed at beginners and returners to fitness/running. Option to pay for one off sessions, programme block booking, or monthly subscription.
For those we like support and guidance from a coach, but prefer working out alone, in their own time. Weekly video/telephone call support.
Options range from lived experience talks, active workshops, school assemblies and custom made programmes. Examples include exam stress, relationships and boundaries, and reducing mental health stigma.
Currently, counselling sessions can be held via telephone, video call or face to face , Face to face sessions take place outdoors, and incorporate a walk. For under 18's these sessions can be held in school or a local youth providers premises.
